Methods of sending and delivering products

Shipping with a cooperating courier or the cooperating transport company. Large and bulky items or large orders in quantity are shipped with the transport agency, while smaller packages with the cooperating courier company. There is always the possibility of a different courier company or transport agency of your choice, undertaking on your behalf any additional charge.

After receiving your order, you will be notified by an email in your email each time the status of your order changes, depending on its progress (eg pending, confirmed, sent).

Delivery is made by the cooperating couriers/transport companies from Monday to Friday, during the working hours of the stores.

There is the possibility of delivery by appointment on another day and time, after consultation with the transport company, undertaking the customer to cover the additional charge, as it applies based on the price list of each company.

Shipping costs are determined by the amount of your order and the place of delivery.

So for orders over 60 € - FREE SHIPPING within the city of Thessaloniki. Applies to all business products, regardless of weight and volume, and to all payment methods.

To avoid additional shipping costs, the order is executed when all the products included in it are available. If for any reason you wish delivery of only the immediately available products of the order, please call us at 2310.208435.

Things are delivered according to their quality. The differentiation concerns parcels for smaller items (eg duvets, towels, and sheets) or large volume/weight orders (eg mattresses, beds, or other furniture). Smaller parcels are delivered by courier to your door. Large volume/weight orders are delivered on the sidewalk. Large and bulky items or large orders are shipped with the cooperating transport agency or with a transport agency of your choice, taking on any additional charge on your behalf.

For your own better information, regarding the shipment of your order, your company sends you by e-mail the shipment number which you place on the shipping page to be informed exactly where your order is and for the exact delivery time.

The delivery of the finished products is done within 7 working days by the cooperating couriers/transport companies. In case of special order or lack of products due to stock depletion, delivery is made within 10 working days of receipt of the goods by the Company. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.

The Company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products when unbalanced factors enter the process. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs delays, intermediate loading-unloading areas, means of transport strikes, or other strikes that affect the movement of goods. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a new delivery date.

Although we have taken every precaution to inform you of any lack of availability of a product, there is a possibility that there may be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product. In this case, again the Company will contact you to inform you about the time of new receipt of the product you have chosen and it is in temporary shortage. If the product you have chosen inadvertently is not announced by us that it is permanently missing or canceled then we will contact you again to arrange for the delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order for free for both parties and the interest-free return of any money that may have been paid within a reasonable time.

Collection from the store 

In case you have chosen the possibility of collection from the store you can pick up your order from our physical store located at 17 Arrianou Street, PC 54635, Thessaloniki. If this is the way you have chosen to pick up your product, please bring your credit card, ID, and order code with you, if of course, the way you have chosen to pay for the product is by credit card. Store hours are:
